What about other featured units? Do you have max of them rainbowed or just 55%? If rainbowed then grab cooler for better LS and synergy with ext teams. If you don't have dupes in other featured units, tickets are better(always a risk though, I am just saying might be worth it).

Maybe wait until the new banners drop. If you plan to pull on them, you might score those cards you need/want.
