It really depends on what you have and what missions you have left. STR Namek Goku is solid but not really a game breaker besides connected hopes LGEGT. Gogeta is good but lots of his missions can be beat using GT Vegeta or GT Goku.
I would go for the U7 LRs (MUI or SSBE), Buu or Vegito, one of the SSBs if you don't have one already. If you have everything beat and all the LRs just pick whoever you like most.
